What is the annual dollars used for? Since Windsor Academy is a member of the Georgia Independent Schools Association (GISA), tuition only covers a portion of the money spent to educate Windsor students. Money raised beyond tuition through the Annual Fund provides the solid financial support necessary to enable us to provide the finest education in South Bibb County. The Annual Fund helps bridge the gap between tuition and the cost of a Windsor education. Benefits from the Annual Fund touch every facet of the school's operation from academics to athletics. Why should we give? Your gift to the Annual Fund is a vote of confidence in Windsor Academy and is tax deductible. How much should we give? The level of giving is a personal decision for each family. Your gift of any amount is an investment that is essential to the success of our school. You are providing the best for your children and for all the students of Windsor Academy. Should my gift be unrestricted or restricted? Giving an unrestricted gift to the Annual Fund is primary to the successful operation of the school. Unrestricted gifts are the first need. However, many donors make an additional gift directed to a particular department or program that they wish to fund. These gifts are welcome and contribute greatly to the advances made in many areas of the Knight life.
