New for 2018-2019: GMC Expands Dual Enrollment at Windsor

BIG NEWS for next year’s juniors and seniors!  Georgia Military College (GMC) will be working with Windsor to offer 8 college classes to be taught by GMC professors on Windsor’s campus during the 2018-2019 school year!  What this means for our seniors that qualify and choose to dual enroll is that they will be able to get most if not all of their college English requirements (English 101, 102 and 202) and also get their History 122 (American History II), Political Science 101, Psychology 200, Math 109 (College Algebra) and Art 194 (Art Appreciation – college elective).  These classes will be offered at no cost to the student and will not effect the total HOPE Scholarship available once they are enrolled into college full-time.  See attachment for class dates and times.

Upcoming junior and senior students and parents – please contact our school counselor, Jackie Almand at if you have any questions.  GMC will be on Windsor’s campus on Friday, April 13 at 12:30 to assist students with their GMC applications.  The Accuplacer test (which can be taken instead of the ACT or SAT) will be offered at 1:00 on Thursday, April 19 at Windsor.
