Time to Register for the 2008-2009 School Year
Dear Parents:
It is time to register your child/children for the 2008-09 school year. On January 23, 2008, the Board of Directors approved the new budget for the 2008-2009 school year. The new tuition schedule is included on this website. The tuition was increased by five percent and has remained one of the lowest of all private schools in the middle Georgia area.
The registration fee for current students will be $200 per child if you register before March 1, 2008 and $300 per child after March 1, 2008. The registration for new students will be $400 before March 1, 2008 and $500 after March 1, 2008. Testing fee for new students remains at $60.
Once again, if a family who currently has a child enrolled at Windsor is responsible for a new family enrolling at Windsor, then that family will receive a $250.00 credit for recommending a new family, and a $350.00 credit if two children are involved and a $450.00 credit if three or more children are involved. The credit will be taken from the May 2009 tuition payment. The new family must give the name of the family who is to receive this credit at the time of registration.
The deadline for applying for financial aid will be May 31, 2008. Applications are available in the business office along with the guidelines for maintaining the assistance. Financial aid is awarded to a limited number of families and a final decision is not made until all applications have been processed. Each year you must re-apply for financial aid even though you received it the prior year.
For those students receiving assistance in the Resource Center, there is a $200.00 annual processing fee. The monthly fees are $50 a month for students who are monitored only or $225 a month for students who are in the center for one period each day. Parents will be responsible for paying the cost of the resource center tuition from August through May.
If you have any questions concerning registration, please call the school.
Sincerely,
John C. Cranford, Headmaster
