Time to Register for the
2011-2012 School Year

It is time to register your child/children for the 2012-2013 school year. On December 29, 2011, the Board of Directors approved the new budget for the 2012-2013 school year. The new tuition schedule is enclosed along with all fees. The school’s board of directors is committed to keeping the school’s tuition affordable and at the lower end of the local market. Even with the tuition increase, Windsor Academy’s tuition is one of the lowest in
the Middle Georgia area.

The registration for current students will be $200 before March 1, 2012 and $300 after March 1, 2012. The registration for new students will be $300.

Once again, the board of directors voted to offer the existing families a 10% discount if they pay the entire tuition by February 28, 2012 or a 5% discount if they pay the entire tuition by June 30, 2012. To receive either the 10% or the 5% discount, the payment must be paid by cash, check, or cashier’s check. The payment cannot be paid by credit card.

New families will receive a 25% discount for their 1st year at school. On their 2nd year, they will pay what existing students pay. They must sign a 2 year contract. They will not be eligible for the 5% or 10% discount if they pay the entire amount of tuition by June 30 or by February 28 respectively.

If a family who currently has a child enrolled at Windsor is responsible for a new family enrolling at Windsor then that family will receive a $250 credit for recommending a new family, a $350 credit if two children are involved, and a $450 credit if three or more children are involved. The credit will be taken from the May 2013 tuition payment. The new family must give the name of the family who is to receive this credit at the time of registration.

I would like to remind the parents of elementary students in K4-4th grades, the school administration attempts to adhere to a cap of 15 students per class. Once we reach the pre-registered 15 student cap for a grade, students who attempt to register afterwards are put on a waiting list.
